Dongfang Hulian

Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-10-13

These terms apply to your use of the Dongfang Hulian app and related services provided by REALIFY TECH SRL ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The app is a network client that establishes an encrypted tunnel using the system network extension, for users who already have an account. Accounts are created and managed outside the app; the app itself offers no sign-up, purchasing, or payment.

2. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must not:

• violate the laws that apply to you or to the location of our servers;
• send spam, launch network attacks, or scan or intrude into other systems;
• distribute malware or content that infringes the intellectual property of others;
• resell or share your account, or abuse resources in a way that affects other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

3. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not log what you access, and we do not sell or disclose your data to third parties.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but network conditions vary and we cannot guarantee that the service will be available or uninterrupted at all times or on all networks. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses caused by interruptions.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. Deletion permanently removes your account and its associated data and cannot be undone.

6. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
